3.3. Amendments do not apply retroactively to requests sent before the new version is published and do not change contracts already concluded.

4.1. The Website presents the Company, its Services and completed projects and publishes informational materials on the blog.
4.2. Blog articles and other materials are of a general nature and do not take into account the reader's specific situation. Results shown in case studies were achieved under the specific conditions of each project and do not guarantee similar results.
4.3. The information on the Website is not a public offer. Services are provided only under a contract.

5.1. Sending a request through the form or another contact channel does not create a contractual relationship. A specific offer is sent after the request has been reviewed.
5.2. Services are provided under a written contract setting out the subject matter, deadlines, cost, rights to the deliverables and confidentiality terms.
5.3. Where, in providing the Services, we process personal data on behalf of a client, we act as a processor, and the conditions of processing are set out in the contract (Article 28 of Law No. 195/2024).

6.1. You agree not to use the Website to: send false information; take actions that affect the operation or security of the Website; gain unauthorised access to systems or data; collect Content automatically on a large scale; send unsolicited advertising or illegal material.
6.2. In the event of such actions, we may restrict access to the Website and notify the competent authorities.

7.1. The form is used to request an offer or a consultation. To reply to you, we need your name, phone number and e-mail address. The data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7.2. Please do not include health data, passwords, account access details or other sensitive information in your message. Access needed for a project is provided separately, after the contract is concluded, through secure channels.
7.3. If you include another person's data in your message, you confirm that you are entitled to share it and that the person has been informed.

8.1. The Content of the Website is protected under Law No. 230/2022 on copyright and related rights. The rights holder is the Company or, as the case may be, the persons who have granted it the right of use.
8.2. The MASTECH name and logo are signs of the Company and may not be used without its consent.
8.3. Quoting fragments of articles for informational purposes is permitted, provided the source is credited with an active link to the original page. Full reproduction, systematic republication and commercial use of the Content are permitted only with written consent, requested at office@mastech.com.
8.4. Rights to deliverables created for clients (websites, apps, advertising materials) are set out in the contract with each client.

9.1. The names, logos and materials of clients shown in the portfolio and case studies belong to their respective owners and are published to present completed projects, with the clients' consent or within the limits allowed by the contract.
9.2. Presenting a project does not mean that the trademark owner endorses or guarantees the Company's Services. An owner who wishes a material to be removed may write to office@mastech.com.

The Website contains links to external resources, including client websites and the social networks Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. We do not control the content and practices of these resources and are not responsible for them.

11.1. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that published information is accurate at the date of publication, but we do not guarantee that it is complete and always up to date.
11.2. We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of materials on the Website without concluding a service contract.
11.3. We are not liable for temporary unavailability of the Website caused by technical providers, communication networks or circumstances beyond our control.
11.4. This document does not limit the rights that consumer protection legislation grants to natural persons.

12.1. How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and the use of cookies — in the Cookie Policy. These documents form an integral part of this document.
12.2. Information about clients' business obtained in the course of projects is treated confidentially, under the conditions set out in the contract.

13.1. Send requests about the Website or the Services to office@mastech.com. We register them and reply through the same channel.
13.2. Requests concerning the processing of personal data are handled within one month of receipt (Article 12(3) of Law No. 195/2024). You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection, MD-2004, Chișinău, 48 Serghei Lazo Street, datepersonale.md.
13.3. Natural persons who use the Services as consumers may also contact the State Inspectorate for Supervision of Non-Food Products and Consumer Protection, whose details are given in clause 1.

14.1. This document and the use of the Website are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
14.2. Disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.

15.1. If any provision of this document becomes void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
15.2. The Romanian version is the reference version. The Russian and English versions are translations; in case of discrepancies, the Romanian text prevails.
